Key Responsibilities:
• Handle collections for Loan Against Property (LAP) and Mortgage products.
• Manage a team of field collection executives and ensure regular follow-ups with delinquent customers.
• Monitor bucket-wise overdue accounts and initiate legal or field action where needed.
• Conduct field visits to high-risk accounts and coordinate with legal officers for issuing notices.
• Review and analyze collection reports and take necessary steps to reduce NPAs.
• Coordinate with credit and legal departments for settlement and repossession cases.
• Maintain MIS reports and daily updates to management on collection status and recovery trends.
