About the Role:

We are hiring an AI & Backend Engineer to build intelligent, scalable, and production-ready applications. You will work on real-world AI systems and the backend infrastructure that powers them. This role requires strong problem-solving, clean coding practices, and the ability to take ownership of systems from development to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models
• Build secure and scalable backend APIs
• Integrate AI models with web and mobile applications
• Manage and optimize databases
• Improve system performance and reliability
• Deploy and monitor applications in production
• Collaborate with frontend and hardware/embedded teams

Required Skills

AI / Machine Learning:
• Python
• NumPy, Pandas
• Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Basic knowledge of NLP or Computer Vision
• LLM integration (OpenAI, local models, RAG)

Backend Development:
• Python (FastAPI/Flask) or Node.js
• REST API development
• PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
• Authentication (JWT)
• Docker & Linux

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Redis, Kafka, message queues
• WebSockets
